Tecno s3+ is a very scarce rom and I have search 5he Internet far and wide yet couldn't find it anywhere. But I finally manage to extract the adware/virus infected s3+ rom , delete the virus and repackage the room. Its a lot of work and research thought. The phone ? in question ❔ is now functioning properly.
