Please help me my itel inote prime is stuck at bootloop nd never completes its booting..i resulted to reinstalling the pac file and i followed all the instructions given on the forum and downloaded and installed all the necessary drivers as instructed but then i got to a part where i was asked to locate c:user/user directory/.android/adb_usb.ini
and edit the file and this has been a problem for me as i cannot find the /.android/ folder and so cannot edit adb_usb.ini ..
Please its urgent and i need help
am running a windows 7 ultimate 32bit
and i have hidden files and folders visible and still cannot find .android folder.,i cnt manualy create one either as my pc doesnt allow folder names that starts with . , '/@ and the rest...
Any help will b appreciated ...my system stil cant recognise my device so i cant unbrick it.. Thank you and God bless as you help

To locate .android, go to your search bar and type %android% and click the 1st one. It should be the one.

I have the zip file that contains adb_usb.ini
wy problem is the folder that am supposed to place it in which is '.android' i cant find this folder and i cant create it..help me please

did you run the adb installer as admin?
