Please I need to flash bios on my Acer aspire one series AOA 150, but I don't know if it'll work because there is no operating system and the battery is not good so can the laptop fash bios?

that depends on how you intend to do that.. if you search online you'd probably only find BIOS update packages which would most likely require an OS before they can be installed

So that means I have to put in a had drive with the system's OS before I can flash bios

No, but I deleted the OS
