I have been trying to flash a spreadtrum phone to no avail. i have watched the video on how to use research download tool. but what i have on status is checking baurate and not waiting like in the video. i can flash mtk phones though.

Take out then reinsert the battery.
Try upgrade download tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1231.html
