How do I know if my device needs to hold the volume key while flashing?

all spd / unisoc devices require that you hold the boot key to begin flashing, once the device has been detected by the tool, then you can release the key

[Tutorial] How to fix Bmaframelib error cannot load when use Spreadtrum ROM Tool, simply download and install visual c 2012 & 2013, done.
I got this error when I reinstall my Windows and shared it here
