My samsung galaxy s5 china clone is stuck at logo screen and won't boot any further than that. I have tried hard resetting but that is not working either. I am trying to install a custom rom but my pc is not detecting the phone. "windows can't recognize the device". I have already installed the usb vcom drivers. when i press download button in spft it keeps getting stuck at 0%. How can i fix this ? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks...

Also, take out the phone's battery and re-insert

okay I need some help now please !!!
I tried flashing the rom and it went upto 100% ans said download ok.
So i take the phone out, and try to power it on by pressing the power button
BUt something weird happens, the flashlight or torch turns on, and when I press the power button again it turns off.
The phone wont even start.
I think I have literally FLASHED the phone(lol)...
please tell me wtf is happeing !!!!!

Yes it does i mean previously while charging, it used to show a red led on top and on the screen a green battery used to pop up, but now while charging, only the red led glows, nothing on the screen, but the torchlight turns on,... and it glows for minutes then I take out the battery and it turns off..

yes i am going to try a new firmware now.. last one's model number didn't match with mine which is what caused this... i hope... just don't it to be hard bricked...

I don't understand why I keep getting the errors "brom error s_com_port_open_fail (1013)" and "s_ft_enable_dram_fail (4032)". The red dowtnloading DA bar goes upto 100% and then after a minute or 2 these errors pop up. I have been able to flash it succesfully before, then why is this happening ?
And also the mtk usb port shows up for exactly 2 seconds and disappears I am really getting fed up with this now
