I have installed the drivers correctly.My pc detects my device in preloader mode and showing it in device manager but the device is continuously disconnecting and connecting.When I am going to readback my device is it showing "BROM ERROR : S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004).. Help me

Use a different port on the PC and USB cord. Try another PC if it persists.
