I tried to flash twrp recovery image to my camon c8 ,but the phone was on using g so flash tool, without success I powered it off , so I could reboot , to my surprise the phone shows no sign of life, not charging, please I need a fix.

You totally didn't follow the guide. In the process of turning off, you initiated flashing then interrupted it by trying to boot.

I have re-installed mediatek vcom drivers, how do I install the preloadeder to the phone, I have another c8 with , I even backed up the working c8 but don't know how to install it into the dead one.

download the ROM @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html and flash using Sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
