Hi Hovatek,

I have a Touchmate 3g call pad TM-MID790 that cannot boot beyond the logo screen. I have tried all key combinations I know to enter recovery mode to no avail. I downloaded the recovery image hoping to flash it using phoenixsuite, but its not working (or maybe I am not doing it right).

I need help please.

Solved! using LiveSuitPack_v1.07.zip from http://download1444.mediafire.com/ueq8fy..._v1.07.zip

(I think the application installed some drivers nat enabled my PC to detect the pad)

Thanks, I already have livesuite, I mean the phone file. The official site does not give me a full file when I enter the model and serial number. It generates a zip file of about 88kb which refuses to open. Pls help me. Thanks

consider contact the website support for the firmware cos the owner of this thread is long gone.
