You can replace your lost or stolen SIM card at any 9mobile Experience center closest to you. Requirements for SIM replacement are listed below.

Requirements for 9mobile SIM Replacement
  1. A valid ID card (National ID/Drivers License or International Passport or Employee ID/Trade Union ID or School ID)
  2. Your mobile number (can be found on your sim certificate)
  3. Serial number (can be found on your sim certificate)
  4. PUK number (can be found on your sim certificate)
  5. Three Frequently dialed numbers
  6. Year of SIM activation.


Important Notice
  • All IDs must bear a legible picture of the owner/bearer.
  • You will be required to purchase a new SIM card at the Experience center
  • To get information on the addresses of experience centers, text "SHOP" to 200
