Hi Hovatek please help me my device is not detecting network the spectranet sim in it is not working and after unlock it still doesn't work help!!!

Is the hub / router branded or unbranded?

Not branded. Can the antenna cause the Issue? Cause I think the antenna is mainly for the device hotspot.

Could be the antenna or network problems. Has the router ever detected any SIM since purchased?

good day. have this same issue, with my spectranet router. and yeah, when i use the spectranet sim, it shows signal and when i change the sim, there is no signal, but the router is unlocked..
What do u think can be done
