you'll need to flash stock rom
did you by any chance make a firmware dump before flashing TWRP?
and can you get access to a working phone same build number as yours?

I made a dump after flashing the TWRP.

What should I do now?

Which tool did you use to make the firmware dump/backup?
Or
Attach screenshot of the contents of the firmware backup.

I used miracle box to dump the firmware. I made both scatter dump and bin dump.

Im assuming the phone was still working fine as at when you made the backup. If so then flash your backuo using Miracle Box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html or https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13894.html depending on which of the backups you wish to flash

I apologies for the late response. I flashed the bin dump and it solved my problem. Thank you for your help.

Hello please I'm having this same problem.
Blackview bv9600pro Rooted with Magisk patched boot.img
I just wanted to factory reset before backing up and now phone's stuck in TWRP loop, please help.

I have the stock ROM downloaded already but it's in .rar file thought can extract the .img files in it. So can I copy the stock ROM files which I had downloaded to SDcard and use TWRP to install them?
