I bought new lenovo k8plus mt .I tried to root my device but my process is failure and corrupted os. Then i dont have firmware for that .and i gave to service center they told me imei also deleted so change your mother board. I need firmware and imei file

whats the current state of the phone now? [totally dead OR stuck at boot, etc]
