[Please help] dm-verity error...failed code: 0*02... E: failed to find/ misc partition
(09-11-2017, 09:31 PM)Fynes Noor Hello Guys,
I have a Samsung A510FD, which has unknown baseband error because EFS files were corrupted. Although the Bluetooth and the wi-fi are working perfectly, the phone lags from time to time. I have tried flashing the stock ROM using both ODIN and Smart Switch but nothing seems to work. When I enter into recovery mode, I get errors such as -dm-verity error...failed code: 0*02... E: failed to find/ misc partition. Attached is the icon I see in the network section and the baseband error. Kindly assist.

This error indicates that someone had tried modifying the phone's rom using a file or firmware which the phone deemed to be a risk / threat
You need to download and flash the official firmware / stock rom for this model via Odin.
Did you get an error while flashing via Odin?
