no such tool is available, you need hardware box / dongle

Now help bro if i get access to miracle box what options should i choose to unlock network in spd

SPunlock(beta) in MB, you can use loader version if you like but wasn't really referring to miracle box tool
use tools such as nck box pro, furious gold, sigma key
these boxes have support for spd network unlock and you can check their websites for list of supported devices
