Thanks for the mail, which of the link would i use to update my Infinix X551, without a computer system as my phone refuse to connect to any computer system. 16G  and 2G Ram, Build No is - X551-G808-B1-KK-28A-GMS-20150709.

None of the firmware listed on that thread can be flashed without pc.
Is your phone's charging port faulty? If no then,
Did you install VCOM drivers on your PC?
If you're using win 8 or 10, did you disable drivers signature verification before installing vcom drivers?

if you're trying to update without using PC then navigate to
settings > about phone > system update
