Hello my blackberry 9300 is not working,Sim card is not working on it,it's shows off,and it's saying I should insert some kind of code?

The attachment is not adding, it's saying "
- The file "IMG_20190901_054437_6.jpg" is too large. The maximum size for that type of file is 1024 kilobytes.
