Hello... am trying to rest frp on stylo s551 using nck box. but fails to send da file. any help with the da file .

use default DA, press and hold vol up button before connecting the phone to the PC

Try the SP flash tool method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12794.html
You best dump the phone's firmware using nck box before you proceed
