i have a jkk unilorin android tablet, recently the tab started downloading some foreign apps and in the process of deleting them, i got a prompt that my storage has been corrupted and i lost all the data on the phone. another thing is that the phone cannot detect network from my sim cards anymore. please what can i do to fix this issue

dial *#06#, does the phone still have IMEI?
Also, check if it has a Baseband under Settings > About

dial *#06#, does the phone still have IMEI?
Also, check if it has a Baseband under Settings > About

yes, it still has IMEI and the baseband too.

the baseband version is MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V18.2013/11/29 20:10

Boot into factory mode using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12935.html
and wipe EMMC
Go to Settings > Backup & reset then wipe the phone and reboot.

sorry, i booted the device into recovery mode but i didnt see any EMMC to wipe there. if its about the cache, i already tried that and it didnt work. it is almost impossible to do the backup and restore sef because the memory card port is damaged and the tab cannot even save a screenshot talkless of backup. what can i do please

You're supposed to boot into Factory mode, not Recovery

I followed the steps you posted to boot into the factory mode... That's exactly what I did but I didn't see any EMMC option.

I followed the steps you posted to boot into the factory mode... That's exactly what I did but I didn't see any EMMC option.
