Hello!
I'm new to this forum.
I fully understand that this forum is mostly about chinese smartphones, but i need help about my phone.

Configuration:
OS Android OS, v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean)
Chipset Mediatek MT6572
CPU Dual-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7
GPU Mali-400
MEMORY Card slot microSD, up to 32 GB
Internal 4 GB, 512 MB RAM

I tried to change my ROM, but because my innate stupidity and bad luck i pushed to the phone files from V875 against V785.

Now. I got a full SP Flash Tool files package from an alcatel forum
LINK: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f317/alc...t-1935259/
and when i try to push it back to phone i recieve two errors:
for version 3.13 : 8038
for version 5.13 : 4032
I don't know anymore what to do about this.
I followed all possible xda unbrick and such and did reinstall drivers from this site tutorial.

Thank you in advance.

4032 is a mismatch error.
1. whats the present condition of your phone
2. which files exactly did you push?
3. have you tried loading the scatter file alone and doing a format?

Thank you for your fast reply Wink And i'm amazed that the administrator wrote back Big Grin
1. Smartphone can't boot up, but the computer recognize him as mtk port. Even with battery.
2. I pushed all within scatter. Full package.
3. I tried and both versions gave me the same errors.

alright. im guessing you still have the wrong firmware which you flashed. have you tried doing a format using the scatter file in that backup?

Already tried. Same response. I'm stuck. Only reacting when plugging into USB.

ok. try this.
1. connect the phone to pc and go to device manager
2. the phone should display as mtk port as you earlier mentioned
3. right-click on mtk port then select update driver
4. proceed with the steps @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
5. try flashing the original ROM again

Not working. I have an idea but i need to confirm it before i do it.

If i pushed v875 files i could use v875 scatter to format and after v785 scatter to push files

already asked you to do that @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-296...l#pid23634 but you said it didnt work.
if you've not tried it yet the try it and lets know how it goes.
you could also try using the 875 scatter file to flash the 785 preloader.bin and see if it works

ok.
* get a Windows XP PC if you can (it helps a lot with such cases)
* connect the phone to PC
* go to device manager and right-click whatever the phone is detect as
* select update driver
* In the box that pops up, select the vcom driver for XP and proceed with installation
* try flashing again (try with and without battery and also holding volume up or down buttons before connecting to PC for flashing)
