Itel P33 Stuck on Fastboot mode after flashing

Please Admins i need your help.

I just flashed one itel P33 plus and it's stuck on fastboot mode.

It was in Privacy Lock, so I decided to download the firmware and use Research Download tool to flash it.

At first it was dead, now it is in fastboot mode now.

I need your help

Maybe the firmware you flashed isn't the exact one for this phone
