LENOVO A360e cant boot

the device was brought when it had no service,bluetoothand wifi not working tried got the files from gemflash at first trial it showed lenovo diagonistic port in device manager after which even before flash the phone has refused to switch on ....the exe file opens a tool which cant allso detect it .so id like to know which vital step iv missed thanks.

you need to boot to edl mode i.e 9008 in device manager to be able to connect to qualcomm flash tools

thanks but is it possible to boot edl by holding both volume up and down.

Thanks senior i now have the phone in qualcom 9008 as it was driver issues but the firmware i downloaded from GSM forum comes with some installer which cant detect the phone it only has
clear data xml, bdlte401q_z9.4tlco1ktv01.66_user .exe,release file and factory image.mbn. any clue

attach a full screenshot showing what you downloaded as the firmware, also post a link to the firmware you downloaded

you tried running the executable file? what did it give you?
