I have a hard bricked Razer phone 2...does anyone possibly have the firehose and xml files for this device? Razer will not even reply to my multiple requests, (even offered to pay them) and no other Razer users with a hard brick that I have talked to can't get razer's attention either. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your response. I have downloaded it the factory images quite a few times before my razor got bricked and afterwards to check for the edl files. It is a possibility I don't know where to look but within the files there is no fire hose mbn elf etc nor XML files. According to other razor phone users on Reddit as well as xda the manufacturer keeps them close to the company for some reason. Razor doesn't allow these files out to the public I was just hoping they got leaked somehow

if you are sure that you or someone else has checked within the firmware (including the different android versions and carriers), then guess only the oem can decide to help you now

On GitHub, I found a complete android dump of the device. Within the system img is the firehose img/.elf file I need...how do I extract it? I have the two .xml files I need, just not the .elf firehose file. Razer does not make these files public. Line 12 has the file I need.

what other files are within the folder where this systeminfo is located?
and what's even the size of systeminfo?
better still share a link to the source
