I flashed preloader of HTC m9 plus and it turns out it was a wrong model, but I have the right one now. Please how can I fix it?

The battery is unremovable. When connected to PC, the red light blinks for a while then stabilizes. PC does not detect it, i have all VCOM drivers installed.

Check device manager, what does the phone get detected as?

No sound either? Its down to an mmcblk0 technique like @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19721.html

No sound. Device manager doesn't even refresh to indicate something has been attached. It is an MTK device (MediaTek MT6795).

Its down to either joining points on the board or an mmcblk0 in sd card (if you can find one)

I came across a post online that mentioned connecting KCOLO and GND. I tried locating it on the board and didn't find it so i took it to a phone repairer. He said KCOLO wasn't there (I took it as he didn't know how to find it)
