this device does have secure boot, you should not need efuse

like i said, the file is not needed seeing as the device isn't a secure boot phone
flash your device using the right firmware and spft @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html and if you encounter an error, be sure to attach a full screenshot of it
efuse tells tools such as SWD tool what da, auth file etc to use when flashing
