i am trying to flash feaaures phone itel 2171 but I always get port error almost all the features phone I am trying to flash gives me port error

SPD6631E SP
did you install spd driver? see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-827.html
and what boot key are you using? you could try Back + Option + Ok buttons
