Please guys help me my infinix hot note xx551 just offed on its own and I have been trying to on it and it keeps showing android is starting and hooks then it restart
And I have tried to flash it but my volume  button isn't working please I need help

both vol buttons don't work?
if both don't work then you should have he buttons fixed first
if vol up works, you could try booting to recovery mode then factory reset
if vol down works, you could try booting to factory mode then wipe emmc
