Hello Gurus, I have a problem. My son's Casper S10 tablet just suddenly wont turn on, I have left it charging overnight but it still wont come on. But when I connect it to my PC, it sees it and I can access the folders in it but the tab is not on. How can I fix this? Thank you.

It might be screen issue.
If you touch the screen, is it responding to touches?

It doesn't turn on at all, it doesn't boot up, it stays blank.

You’ll also need to look for hardware technician to check the screen for you.
I mean when you touch the screen do you feel the touches, does it respond?

No it doesn't. No sign of life at all. But still seen on a PC.

take out / reinsert the battery of the device then attempt to charge using an AC charger (if the device has inbuilt battery then disassemble the back to get to the battery)
if that doesn't work then consider replacing the battery

I did all that and discovered the screen was the problem, so I have to look for a replacement. Thank you all for your contributions, it really really helped me. I appreciate.
