Huawei VNS-L31 Firmware to fix bootloop

Hi i cannot find correct firmware to download. I can only read VNS-L31 on backcover and thats not enough to know the exact build number for the phone. Please help me to identify the correct firmware.

how did this bootloop problem happen? 
can you still boot into recovery mode? if yes, check the ID at the top of recovery mode screen
have you tried factory resetting?

can you still boot into recovery mode? if yes, check the ID at the top of recovery mode screen
have you tried factory resetting?

Phone fell and broke Lcd...after lcd replacement we discovered a bootloop. I used button combination but found no hardreset option.

can you still boot the phone into recovery mode? (should be vol up + power button)

X3non im sorry i was mixing up two identical phones. This one shows Hardreset 21% then skips to 100% followed by message that says successful. Then when you reboot its still on bootloop. 
And there is no message on top of recovery like the way Samsung devices do.

you failed to share the screenshot, check if your recovery mode has "reboot to bootloader" option
if it does, select it then try the commands below in fastboot

And there is no message on top of recovery like the way Samsung devices do.

Open Device Manager on your PC then switch-off the phone and connect the phone to pc with usb and see what it get detected as.
