hello    please I have a Lenovo k50-t5 phone  . it automatically hangs and reboots on its own, I downloaded the rom to flash but my system does not recognize the device  . not even file transfer  I have installed so many drivers for it, but all fai.  it  only charges when you plug it to the system   please I need help

before flashing, have you tried factory resetting the phone? or using the phone in safe mode?

I have reseted it severally... but I have not used it in safe mode

factory resetting severally doesn't tell much, does the problem repeat immediately after the reset or after you've setup, installed apps and everything?
try factory resetting then without installing anything use the phone for a day or two

no bro...  it's not being detected anytime.  even when it's on nor off

The likely remedy for this is flashing a new firmware to your device, and from your response, it seems your port is faulty.

without connecting the phone to the PC, attach a screenshot of device manager. upload the screenshot to imgur.com

try connecting the phone to the PC while holding vol down button and quickly check what it gets connected to as in device manager
