I have some problems after flashing Infinix x623 Hot6x

Hello I have some issues after flashing infinix x623:
1. the notification bar not functioning,
2. there is less/few apps in the app drawer menu.
3. There is some apps shows in app drawer not usually affair: MMI1, MMI2, RuntimeTest, PinterestPrintTest, Calibration Tool and HQLogScanner.

I tired factory reset any time I reset it reboot quickly/soft reboot (as not usual) and came back without any change.

Do you remember your original build number?
Post the link you got the ROM from.
How did you flash the ROM?
What was the issue with the phone before flashing?

The phone is back to normal, after flashing another rom with the same build number. But the issue now is Wi-Fi and Imei.

The WIFI not turning on, and IMEI1 is 0 IMEI2 00, but baseband not invalid.
