Error writing nvm,nv and when trying to read and write with miracle box, the phone will connect alright but miracle box will never read or write firmware to the phone.

And I don't know whether miracle box has stop supporting SPD chip. This is because I have tried read and write firmware to spd chip 7731c, 7731g and SPD itel phones and phones will connect alright but box will keep mute without reading, but if it is MTK chip it will connect and work perfectly.

It does, but, you have to select the correct chip.
The loader version does not have many of the new chips.

From what you've stated, it seems the phone emmc or nand chip is faulty.

what @juvette means is you won't get much success rate using miracle box + loader on SPD devices esp with new chipsets as you would on MTK devices. not that it doesn't support SPD entirely

okay. firstly itel prime 4 has the same flashing challenges has the itel a11,a12. etc.. find the official firmware and use the spd download tool i ll provide.. the link https://mega.nz/#!PGZDTIgT!PoBlQNyYcnjnE...fpiLlXOJ7k
