SP FLASHTOOL BROM ERROR : S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004) / FLASHING TECNO CAMON CM

I downloaded tecno camon cm firmware here earlier today but sp flashtool keeps govin error messag when ever i try to flash the firmware


SP Flash Tool report:
BROM ERROR : S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004) [H/W] Fail to download DA to baseband chip's internal SRAM [HINT]: 1. There's an cable communication problem between FlashTool and BootROM.
2. Target might be shutdown unexpectedly or target lost power supply. [ACTION]
1. Try again.
2. Proceed H/W checking in download cable and target side com port.
3. Monitor if power-drop occured in target side.

i used download agent and it flashed the phone but the phone wont boot up anymore

Leave the phone to charge a while then try powering on.
What was your phone's build number before flashing and which firmware (build number) did you flash?

What was your phone's build number before flashing and which firmware (build number) did you flash?

honestly i don't know the build number , the phone was soft bricked before i flashed it,went into recovery but there was no build number, just the SOC version. so i decided to flash  this build CA6-H3721B-N-180117V34

try disconnecting / reconnecting the battery and lets know if the device still remains dead

you'll need to have the battery taken out and reconnected else keep charging or try another firmware
