IMEI problem
IMEI problem
(26-12-2018, 10:03 AM)Olaniyan After flashing a custom rom to my Infinix X572, the rom works well but I couldn't find my IMEI and baseband is present so I decided to flash the IMEI back to the phone via maui meta and after reboot, I dial *#06# and it shows my two Sims IMEI which was blank before.
The problem is, my phone identifies that two Sims are inserted but SIM 1 only shows network signal and will only show Edge network while SIM 2 always shows Emergency calls only and no network signal despite the fact SIM is recognized in phone settings.
Please how can I solve this?
And besides, Common Data Service is not found in Connectivity in MTK Engineering mode and the FM Receiver there is faded and can't be clicked.

This issue might be from the custom ROM, the only way to can confirm now is to flash stock ROM then fix IMEI (original) and backup nvram+nvdata then re-flash custom ROM and restore the nvram+nvdata on it. If still there's a problem with the network then it's a bug.

what rom are you referring to here? the custom rom or the stock rom
