(19-10-2018, 12:38 AM)Kaydem Thanks. I just flashed it. But the phone still can't see network.

check imei and baseband like @emmanus suggested
and do you by any chance remember the build number of the phone?

The Imei and base band are there. I know the build number; S16_A_BP252_MJLHZ_V2.0_20170619

also did you try different sim cards and change network mode to 2G?

Yes. The situation is; the network bar is empty but the phone can detect the names of all the Sim Cards inserted.

This build number, is it from before or after the first flashing?

Someone had  flashed the device before it was brought to me. So I wouldn't know if the build number has been altered. I only downloaded new Stock Rom with the build number I met on it.  Or is there a way to detect the device's default build number?

The only way to detect the phone's initial build no is by checking the phone's board.
I'm also suspecting a hardware issue at play here, maybe the network antenna is disconnected.

That's gone since its been flashed. Only the board could give you a hint as @innagee said.
Have you tried setting network mode to 2G only?

Yes. It doesn't display network bar even when in 2G mode. But it can detect Sim Cards names.

It is likely you flashed a different M11 firmware variant onto your phone.
You can try these ROMs
https://www.needrom.com/download/kimfly-m11/ - there are 3 variants listed there
