Current version v2.30 has dual language Russian and English.
I tested it on my MT6753 64bit. It provides a empty Header Only scatter enough to get 2 Read-Backs from (Smart Phone Flash Too)l SPFT, Full ROM_0 and EMMC_BOOT1. It will extract preloader and create proper scatter file version 1 & 2(64bit).
