since you already Have stock rom, flash TWRP recovery + the scatter file from the stock rom using SP flash tool

are you able to flash stock rom successfully without any errors?

platform-tools>fastboot flash recovery r

OKAY [ 0.428s]
writing 'recovery'...

Even worse when i use command ''fastboot getvar all'' to check my bootloader status it says
(bootloader) partition-type:preloader: raw data

(bootloader) off-mode-charge: 1

all: Done!!

I even tried to lock the bootloader just so that i can start the unlock procedure again, but it just doesn't lock. I tried to flash stock Rom thru Sp flash tool using each and every mode (download load only, firmware upgrade, format all + download) the boot loader just doesn't lock again.
Please help me with this as i really want to install TWRP and root my device . Thanks!

After "fastboot oem unlock" you should provide command "fastboot flashing unlock" to remove flashing restriction.

Mtk devices suck big time really! Never faced any issues with Qualcomm powered devices, unlocking those devices is a breeze. I've had some bad experiences with Mediatek devices in the past also.
