Its one of those warning shots \/ suicide notes\u00a0which your PC uses to try inform you that something major might be around the corner, and you&#8217;re not helping matters. You would\u00a0usually get this error message upon boot.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"important\"> What could cause the Preparing Automatic Repair error?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The most common causes of this error message are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crashed \/ fried Hard Disk Drive (HDD)<\/li>\n<li>Crashed Operating System (OS)<\/li>\n<li>Corrupted OS file(s)<\/li>\n<li>Faulty \/ incompatible driver(s)<\/li>\n<li>Peripheral hardware errors<\/li>\n<li>Rogue processes<\/li>\n<li>Virus \/ Malware<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"important\"> I always get &#8220;Automatic Repair could not be completed or failed&#8221; with a Blue Screen, why?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You would get this in most cases, even if you attempt using a Windows CD\/DVD\/USB.
